Viora silver Refund and Exchange Policy Overview
At Viora Silver, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with meticulous inspection and secure packaging. However, in rare cases where an item is out of stock or fails quality checks, we may cancel your order. You will be notified promptly, and if payment was made online (not Cash on Delivery), a refund will be processed upon confirmation.
By purchasing from Viora Silver, you agree to
1. Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice.
- Products must be free of scratches, deformities, or damages.
- Defective/wrong items, empty parcels, or damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Refund/Exchange
- Incorrect or damaged products: A video must be provided showing the package from sealed tamper-proof bag to fully opened contents. (No claims accepted without video proof.)

Sizing issues: Adjustable rings can be resized; A post-wear photo is
mandatory for returns/exchanges. report issues within 24–48 hours.

Quality check: All return/exchange items are inspected by our team.
Items failing to meet the above requirements will not be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense.
3. Shipping & Handling for Refund/Exchange
- If reverse pick-up is unavailable in your area, customers must use a local
courier service, bearing the shipping charges.
- Refund/exchanges typically take 7–10 working days to reach our warehouse.
