1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship using trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping (if applicable):

    • Delivery times vary by destination and customs handling. Typical delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on orders over a specified amount.

  • Any promotional free shipping terms will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

  • You can track your order via the courier’s website by entering the tracking number provided.


5. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to:

    • India – standard coverage by default.

    • International Addresses – depending on the store configuration (optional).

  • If international shipping is available, additional duties/taxes may apply (see below).


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For domestic orders (within India), no customs duties apply.

  • For international orders, customs, duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local government.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

8. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order — we are not responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses entered by customers.


9. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and can arrange reshipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • If we do not receive a response within 3–5 business days, we may cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the original shipping cost.
